The Keprea Compensation Plan introduces an exciting, trend setting method of compensating Keprea Independent Consultants (Consultants). It is surprisingly simple, rewarding, and gives everyone involved an equal opportunity for success. The Plan combines the best of technology-empowered social selling with an aggressive and duplicable method for geometrically growing your business.
The Keprea Compensation Plan is presented below in three phases. The Marketing Phase is designed to compensate you for your personal sales of Keprea products with retail commissions and reward you for helping others do the same with bonuses on their personal retail sales. The Management Phase pays you group bonuses for building your personal team and supporting their growth. Finally, the Executive Phase generously rewards you for leadership in mentoring other emerging leaders.
A glossary has been included at the end to provide definitions of the various terms used in this Compensation Plan, as well as other language of art commonly used in social selling.
Within the Marketing, Management and Executive phases, there are twelve (12) different ways for you, as a Consultant, to make money in this Compensation Plan. Since each one is cumulative, it is possible for a Consultant to make money in all 12 ways.
When someone in her personal group becomes a Team Leader, that person and his entire personal group will become your MG2. As you progress in rank, you can earn 2% up to 4% BV on sales made by all the Consultants in up to three management generations.
When someone in her EG1 becomes an ED, that person and her entire group will become your EG2. As you advance through the highest ranks, you can earn 3% BV on sales made by all the Consultants in up to three Executive Generations.
Example:Your TRS is $11,000 for the month, of which you personally created $800 in customer sales. You would be eligible for your 20% base commission plus a 10% Enhanced Commission on your personal $800 retail sales value. $800 X 20% = $160 Base Commission $800 X 10% = $80 Enhanced Commission 30% total retail commission = $240 Table 1, Enhanced Personal Retail Sales Commissions *NOTE: This 20% is the base commission available to all Consultants for all personal sales or purchases. When a Consultant orders merchandise from the Company, she will automatically receive this commission in the form of a discount. If one of her customers orders through her website, the Company will pay her base commission to her in the following week. Enhanced Commissions are in addition to the 20% base commission for each product and will be paid to the Consultant monthly based on her total Personal Retail Sales or Team Retail Sales for the month. NOTE:As an independent Consultant, you are responsible for your own taxes on income earned from your Keprea business. Keprea will notify you each year of the earnings the Company is required by law to report on your behalf, including base and/or Enhanced Commissions on sales to your Preferred Customers and to retail Personal Retail Sales (PRS) Or Team Retail Sales (TRS) In current month Commission Rate To Be Applied to PRS $1 to $ 499 PRS 20%* $ 500 to $ 999 PRS Plus 4% paid monthly $ 1,000 to $2,499 PRS or$5,000 TRS Or Plus 7% paid monthly $2,500 and up PRS or $10,000 TRS Or Plus 10% paid monthly

You may have additional tax liability for commissions on products you have personally delivered to your customers. It will be your responsibility to report this income to the appropriate government agencies. You are not required to pay taxes on any discounts you receive for product purchased for your personal use. Preferred Customer (PC) Club The Keprea Preferred Customer Club was designed to bring together people who wish to enhance their inner and outer beauty through the ongoing use of the scientifically driven, clinically proven Keprea product line. Keprea has created this special club for those non-Consultant retail customers that would like to receive a special discount on our products by subscribing to an automatic monthly shipment, which they can cancel at any time, with 10 days notice. Joining our Preferred Customer Club is free, just by registering online through the website of any authorized company Consultant. PCs will receive a discount of 20% on their autoship purchases and even deeper discounts on periodic product specials available only to PC Club members and Consultants.How You Benefit: As the enrolling Consultant, your PC’s 20% discount will come from your base commission. However, the full SRP of your Preferred Customers’ autoship orders will be added to your PRS to increase your Enhanced Commission rate. You may qualify to receive an additional 4%, 7% or 10% Enhanced Retail Commission on these sales. There is no product for you to stock or ship, and no records to keep.Keprea will take care of that for you, leaving you with time to create more new customers. Plus, your PCs will be placed at Level 1 in your genealogical tree (also known as your downline), as if they were Consultants. As a result, you will receive bonuses totaling 10% of the Bonus Volume (BV) on all purchases made by your PCs. NOTE:To encourage you to learn firsthand the benefits of Keprea’s products, so you can share your own experience with prospective customers, at your option, we invite you to sign up for a regular monthly shipment (in reasonable quantities) for personal use. What is Bonus Volume (BV)?:Bonus Volume is the value assigned to a particular product for the purpose of paying bonuses to the upline Consultants in the compensation plan. BV is usually the same as Consultant wholesale cost (80% of suggested retail) but could be less on certain low margin products. For ease of use, BV is usually rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. Enroller First Order BonusesKeprea recognizes that a special effort is required to create a new PC or to sign up a new Consultant. To reward you for this effort, you will earn a 20% Enroller First Order Bonus (FOB) on all your personally enrolled PCs’ and/or Consultants’ first wholesale product orders of up to $500 (at Consultant and PC wholesale price). This bonus is paid weekly. (This is a one-time event for each individual. For example, if a PC later becomes a Consultant, or vice versa, it will not trigger a new Enroller FOB.)
